Return & Refund Policy
You can return or exchange your item if:
- It’s defective or damaged – we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
- It’s the wrong size or color – usually you don’t need to send it back; just pay the shipping for the replacement.
- You changed your mind – no problem! You can send it back, but please note that you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost (we don’t cover this part).
- We sent the wrong item – we’ll fix it quickly and free of charge.
Return time limits:
- We have a 30 days return policy.
Very important:

All returns must be reported and approved by email — items not reported cannot be returned.
How to return:
- Email support@circey.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll reply with easy instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack your item neatly and ship it back to our EU warehouse.
- Once we receive it in our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.
A few notes:
- Items should be clean and in like-new condition.
- Final sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
- Shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake.
